• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Large or project orders: Call us and we'll help you plan your delivery.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. We'll review your order and let you know the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email info@prolinebuild.ca with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
